I believe your mental health deserves just as much attention as your physical health. I
offer comprehensive treatment that includes evaluation, diagnosis, and medication
management when appropriate. While I bring a therapeutic lens to everything I do, I
do not solely offer therapy. My goal is always to give you a full, personalized plan that
works for your life that incorporates therapy. You'll leave our sessions with real tools and
real support, not just a place to vent.
